Only way I know is Tor. Throw in a VPN too for an extra layer of security. Don't know how actually useful that is though, considering Tor is itself a chain of proxies.

Definitely. Watch out for scams, though. All of the hitmen and shit like that are fake. A lot of the shops are fake. Don't spend large sums of money at first. There was this one shop that sold guns and shit, every item they had was $1k or more. Fuck dat shit. Evo (link in previous post) has stuff you can buy for less than a dollar, so you can gradually test their legitimacy.
