Basically it's a hotdog in a bun with mashed potatoes on top. To be extra gothenburg-ish, add shrimp salad (basically mayo + dill and shrimp)
Other than the gravy, it's completely healthy.
Inside the baked pastry is red onion, mushroom, spinach, and havarti cheese.
The gravy is just flour, butter, milk, salt, pepper, red onion, and mushroom.
