Republicans have as little responsiblity for the poor state of USA public education as democrats. The fact is that this country has a large population and a federal, localized government simply cant pull all the strings effectively.

Voter I.D. laws are perfectly constitutional. Not sure how anyone sees it otherwise. If you cannot produce I.D., you can't vote. That's the only legitimate way we have to keep foreign nationals from legally influencing our government.

Many americans don't have IDs, that does not make them any less american. The count of voter fraud the laws prevent is less than .02%. The law is made to keep the poor and minority groups (usually don't have IDs) from voting.
