I have come in the past from 2538, and I have access to a more or less detailed history archive. They may not be quite right, though: the small details have most likely been changed because propaganda and software failures and were two major accidents since 2512, that may have corrupted files. But most of them will be accurate. Ask me anything.
I don't know about you individually because you are anonymous but I doubt it. The first rocket powered penis (if this means a penis that can detach and be shot like a rocket) was transplanted in 2025.
How do people in 2538 view ethnicity and race? What is the name of the current nation you live in and what area of that nation do you live in? What is Earths population? Do people live on other planets?
The United States is in a form. South America has become fully integrated in the States, starting from 2021. The Southern and Northern States joined in 2056. Alaska isolated away from the US, together with the eastern part of Canada in 2039.
Those issues aren't considered important generally, at least as much as they are in the 21st century. Genetic modification, particularly in the cosmetic side of aspects, changed this quite well between the 2030s and 2050s. From then on it has gone back and forth between it being important and it not being important, varying in different countries.
I live in a country that is in English called ENU (Eastern Nation Conglomeration) and live in what is in the 21st century eastern Siberia. Earth's population is not known exactly, but the estimate of ENU puts it at 20,000,000,000. The only planet with human inhabitation besides Earth is Mars, though there are terraformed space stations in between where many people live.
The one that happens next is December 12, 2014 in Ukraine, by Russia. The one after that is in early 2016, detonating in eastern Russia, by North Korea. It was an experiment that failed and it was not intended to kill people but it did, and starts third world war.
The next would be ninth if it was to happen, which it hopefully will not.
Are there people on Earth living less advanced lives then you are? Like, are there people who av reverted back to hunter-gatherer lifestyle in some countries? What's the weather like, very warm I assume? Was there a world war 3 and if so how bad was it?
Also 3 more
Have people fallen victim to technology yet, like in Wall-E
Are there any corporations that have a monopoly over everything
How many governments are there, is there still a
Yes. Large parts of western Russia, Finland, the Baltic countries and eastern Europe are inhabited by both people who choose to not use electricity at all and people who have rather advanced technology. It's a lot like the separation of slums and skyscrapers in Venezuela.
The weather is actually quite cool in some places, due to machines that change it. World war 3 will be by death toll the second worst world war in all of history.
Some have, yes.
There are corporations that own weather in some of the States, and in southern Japan. The pornographic industry is also massive, there's one global company that technically owns everything that qualifies as pornography, since the early 2100s in an attempt to keep the increasing amount of illegal porn under control. The law isn't always obeyed, though.
There are many governments, but there's only one similar to the UN that exists over every country that has a certain level of technology.
>After World War 8 there are 20 billion people on Earth
> WW3 will start in 2016, when the population is ~7 billion
> WW3 will claim more lives than WW8, but not as many as WW2
I call bullshit
North Korea accidentally blows up Vladivostok and that stirs Russia to bombing Pyongyang. The conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East collide, and it becomes one massive shitstorm to put it mildly. I'm not sure of when the US joins in on it, though it is what drives the country to changing in some ways and being more "open" as the potential threats are perceived to be more and more severe.
are you serious? we could fit the current population in california. people don't take up a lot of space.
also consider population density and the expansion of cities.
500 years in the future this shit sounds legit.
In 2470, a rumor that an alien race was going to invade Earth took hold among people in a country that's about where current Benin and Nigeria are, and the government heard of how supposedly this alien race was hiding in one of the most populous space stations close to Earth, which they believed had been hijacked. Thus they shot it down, killing over two hundred million civilians. A lot of governments didn't like this.
Politics aren't that big anymore but I can go in detail if it's necessary, though it really isn't going to be as interesting as you'd probably think. Main views are that all people are equal and are treated accordingly. Laws are big, though. Lots of laws that allow people to do things, lots of laws that prohibit people from doing things, often conflicting with one another within the same city... A lot more than in the 21st century but they're also not practically applied as much.
Yes, the first confirmed contact with an intelligent lifeform from another planet happens in 2067. Long before that, there had been respected astronomers and physicists who reported contact with this same civilization, but they hadn't been confirmed.
please go into detail regarding laws and powerbases.
what are the aliens like?, have we met or is it just that we know they are there?
whats the religious map like and is it still a problem like today?
I won't say anything more about the method of time travel, though it isn't a time machine. Yes, the John Titor hoax was just the same.
Yes, in a manner of speaking. The practical result was that very rich people got to live for a hundred years or so longer at first. It eventually panned out better but not as greatly as it should or could have.
Cancer and infectious nanobots, if the latter can be called a sickness. No, there isn't turbo aids, whatever that is. As for immortality, no one really knows. There are people alive born in the 22nd century but they're not very well anymore and they pretty much have the worst case of dementia you could imagine, which is replaced by artificial memories. It's supposed to work to allow people to remember everything greatly, but it doesn't, and their personalities also change quite randomly.
