9/11 thread
>>560480361
i posted a thread just now about this, asking how the towers could have vertically collapsed if they were struck near the top. doesnt make sense if you consider basic physics and whatnot.
>>560480580
>>560481737
>>560480580
I see what you mean anon but weren't they struck In between the middle and the top, not the top top
>>560480580
Dont know if retard or b8
>>560481507
like, towers are solid structures. how did something which struck closer to the top then the bottom, somehow cause complete vertical collapse as if the base had been destroyed.
it seems like the damage was not in the right place for the behavior of the collapse.
>>560482059
come on man just answer me i dont see how that is a dumb question
>super strong structure
>damage close to the top
>total collapse of building, almost level to the ground
just doesn't add up to me
see look at the damage to the right tower.
next post will have gif of collapse
>>560482635
Anon we're making fun of 9/11 here, Please, be gone with thou logic
>>560482238
Did you not see the footage everyone else saw or something?
They collapsed from the top down, take off the tinfoil.
>>560483305
?
i guess i need to go somewhere else for legit convo keep forgetting puerile humor and psuedo-intellect are the only commodities here
>>560483843
the damage just seems too minor for a total structural collapse man..in fact im pretty sure theres like a lot of scientists who say the same thing
>>560484128
I'm pretty sure you should provide a citation or get the fuck out.
"A lot of scientists say" is no more valid than "a lot of priests say" unless you, personally, know what the fuck you're talking about.
I'm also pretty sure you don't understand friction, kinetic energy, or jet fuel.
>>560480580
Can I point it out?

I kinda agree. I don't think it was an inside job or explosives but that is odd. The problem with the fuel melting the steel is that all the fuel was burned up in the fire explosion.

I recommend you 9/11 conspiracists read through this debate and learn something.

Have you like, never actually built toy towers or anything as a kid?
>>560484706
The narrative that they were choosing how to die is tricky. I think many on the north tower I can see doing that...but the south tower a whole other story. People were jumping the second the second plane hit.

honestly, the elitist hate mongering that goes on on this board
you just like seeming like you're better than me
I get that people say the impact itself and not the burn is what caused the fall. I'm reading here what a debunker wrote that makes sense.
Just...I can't comprehend now why being hateful to people makes you happy...
>>560485028
>build toy tower
>punch it in upper middle
>either it breaks top half or entire thing falls over side ways.
It does not just fall directly on top of it self at almost terminal velocity

I called you out on your unsourced bullshit.
You shat out a bunch of emotional drivel about your feelings.
If you're too sensitive to handle being called out when you're asserting stupid shit, you should leave 4chan, and the internet, forever.
>>560485925
>>560486201
Kill yourselves for being this stupid.
You don't know your physics.
You're religious idiots.
>>560486657
just, chill out man is all im saying
i know you like that little feeling you get from being right but in real life those people are called pricks and nobody likes them. there's a reason. so, just because you can do it on the internet and not face real human responses does not mean it probably doesn't have side effects.
>>560486689
thank you anon for posting so much

>you just like seeming like you're better than me

>you're better than me
yeah you're right anon
moar plz. i am top kek

>implying
never forgetti
>>560486872
This doesn't have anything to do with religion...
Anyway if you do actually believe that just a plane took down a tower then explain how World Trade Center building #7 collapsed the same day when no plane hit it and all it had was small isolated fires
>9/11 is my birthday
>people get offended by me throwing a party
Fucking americunts, man, 2 more years and I'm out of this shit hole.
I just don't understand how not one, but two towers could collapse.
Both were made to withstand hurricane force winds.
>>560480580
This question is in every single 9/11 thread.
It wasn't knocked down like a Jenga tower. It was hit, it caught on fire, it burned for a while, it got so hot that the steel structure became malleable enough for it to collapse, and the downward force of the collapse caused a chain reaction for the rest of the building to fall down.
>>560487838
Can we just move on from 9/11 like the japs did
>>560487461
God, the smell of burnt spaghetti is so nauseating. It's worse than burning corpses.
Why, Mr. Anderson? Why, why? Why do you do it? Why, why get up? Why keep fighting? Do you believe you're fighting... for something? For more than your survival? Can you tell me what it is? Do you even know? Is it freedom? Or truth? Perhaps peace? Could it be for love? Illusions, Mr. Anderson. Vagaries of perception. Temporary constructs of a feeble human intellect trying desperately to justify an existence that is without meaning or purpose. And all of them as artificial as the Matrix itself, although... only a human mind could invent something as insipid as love. You must be able to see it, Mr. Anderson. You must know it by now. You can't win. It's pointless to keep fighting. Why, Mr. Anderson? Why? Why do you persist?
>>560488290
Doesn't make sense. Do you know how fucking hot it would have to get?
Not only that the fire was largely enclosed meaning less air exchange.
>>560487280
No problem.
>>560488290
Just the top half was on fire. The rest of the buildings should've stayed up
>>560488694
>>560488290
Yes, I am reading this now.
Apparently heat expansion caused the buckle in the structure pictured which resulted in uneven distribution of weight which made the whole thing collapse.
I suppose that does make sense.
Just, fuck the superiority complex havin' pricks who touch their dicks to having their facts straight. You can tell they get personal emotional power from making fun of people they judge to be....well any number of things.
That is weirder and nastier than being ignorant of a matter.
Anyone care to explain the molten steel found on the site?
>>560488782
Jet fuel burns at 800º to 1500ºF.
It's like like the steel and iron needed to melt, just become malleable enough to bend under immense weight. The frame is supporting a huge portion of the building's weight, so it has to collapse at some temperature and pressure.
I'm not an expert, but I have taken physics.
I've never really questioned that the planes didn't take out the sky scrappers.
I guess it has always made sense to me.
>>560490189
You mean this jet?
>>560489852
Well, you, for one, can have your facts strait and not be a dick about it.
>>560491538
Yes. That one.
>>560491268
How would the fire manage to get that hot if it's just an office fire basically?
>>560488948
see
>>560489852
>heat expansion caused the buckle in the structure pictured which resulted in uneven distribution of weight which made the whole thing collapse.
>>560491268
Also would not the heat need to be applied to the entire structure? Seems it would take more than the top half of the building collapsing to bring it to a pile of rubble.
>>560492773
I have an idea. Why not start a crowd funding campaign to build one of the towers and then crash a passenger jet into it?
>>560480361
sure is edgy middle schooler in here
>>560493969
True true
>>560492070
The building materials and jet fuel were enough combustable fuel to get it that hot in the one part of the building.
>>560492702
The heat would not need to be applied to the entire structure. Just one area was enough to set the weight distribution off to collapse the tower.
see the image
>>560489852
>>560494123
I just dunno. I have a hard time buying into the whole weakened structure thing.
Sorry I sound like a conspiracy faggot.
Just don't see how an enclosed fire could produce the heat needed.
