Does anybody know a good way to record younow streams? I've

I use camtasia to record and edit but i have a new-ish computer so im not sure it will work for you. ive seen some talk of saving streams directly to your hard drive but i couldnt get it to work.

IDM and camtasia, IDM is best because it can download in the background / several broadcasts at the same time.
Not sure if free versions is any good, I downloaded both at ipt.

Camstudio sucks, makes huge files. I had a cracked older version of camtasia that worked well, but my hard drive died 2 weeks ago. Googled free camtasia, and followed the steps, but it didn't work. I mean it did work sort of. Camtasia gives you 30 days for free, and the newer version I downloaded is really good, but it's going to expire in like 2 weeks.

camtasia is all u need. only problem with camtasia is it gives u very raw video which needs to be compressed.

when u cap something that is very long it will take a while to process.

I think it is better to have both camtasia and IDM, since you cant download 2 broadcasts at the same time with camtasia and it takes so long time to download many broadcasts with it.

I use both, mostly IDM but camtasia now and then aswell. Sometimes IDM fails to download properly that is mainly when I use camtasia.

You don't need the video, you just need the channel ID (which you get the quickest by getting the link of their avatar and copy & paste the number at the end) to access younow's internal API which isn't restricted in any way shape or form. You can see their real location, name, the links of the connected accounts, the device they're using etc. In that data there is also the rtmp link to the live broadcast and previous broadcasts.
