i do collegiate wrestling just started it up last year, befor this sport I've trained in Muay Thai, the conditioning aspect of the whole thing isnt that bad at all. My main problem is diet, for Muay Thai I weigh in the super welter class (152-154 range) but once I entered wrestling I dropped weight down to 132 and fluxed up to 138. Feels like I'm ranting at this point mate, but what can I eat that actually works? Anyone have links to sites that give good accurate information?
