It's just a bird or some shit. Looks like a hawk. Unless you have small outdoor livestock, why would you do anything?

red tailed hawk. literally don't do anything, either just chilling there or it caught something and ate it or missed a catch.

Once I had a redtail hawk take a robin right out of the air in my front yard. I saw just a POOF of feathers, then the hawk with the other bird in its claws.

i'm 99.9% positive it's a red tailed hawk, but i dunno op's location. the crest is prolly just slight poof due to wind or something. wings are also too big for it to be a falcon.
