Don't lie. But if you're like 1/4 minority you can say you're a minority. Keep in mind it will almost never help you. They narrow down the top candidates 1st.

No. No you do not do that. If you do turn up to the interview and they see you are neither a minority nor female, you are getting the boot. Do it too much and you may get blacklisted.
