Crush on a coworker

So I'm a 29 year old guy, kennel manager at an animal shelter. We recently had a clusterfuck with trying to hire a new person to fill recently opened positions in the kennel, so a a girl from our other location in the city is helping us out and is now part time in both kennels. She just turned 20, the youngest person hired in our entire organization, and fuck I can't stop thinking about her. She's incredibly beautiful, like straight up model material, almost looks too good to work in a nasty ass dog kennel. Body, face, everything. I was never into edgy looking girls but she does it so damn well. But what really has me bad is her personality, she's an amazing worker and does the job better than people who have been here twice as long as her, always has this fun attitude and just makes everyone laugh and is so easy to talk to, even when first meeting her. I've never met someone like her.

the thing is I do have a girlfriend, and I'm not sure if it would be a bad idea anyway to try and peruse this. Little things here and there make me think she might be interested, but idk. I don't know what to do
