Yes.
If you have a very big mansion.
You can keep a baby girl you kidnapped in a secret dungeon.
Where you will only teach her how to please you sexually.
You now realise she don't even own any basic human rights at all.

As long as you are in a first world country or a country that is a member of the United Nations, there is no way to legally lose your human rights.
You can have some be temporarily suspended under emergency conditions, but there are specific ones that are inviolable, no matter the reason or circumstance (even if there is a written, signed document signing them away, this document would be deemed invalid and illegitimate).
Any individual, organization, or even government that breaks these rights are subject to sanctions.

In certain areas, yes.
Work for the British government and you have to sign the Official Secrets Act, giving up your right to talk about anything you know from the job for the rest of your life.
Commit a crime, be sent to prison, and give up your right to freely assemble.

The truth is everyone has rights automatically regardless if you personally acknowledge them. No piece of paper can ever take away innate rights 1 is born with because that is intangible

Plant some drugs and call the cops.

So the only way is to trick them into thinking that they have no rights, when in reality nothing in any conotation can affect someone's rights because they are innate.
