OP here. Im exhausted. I try my best at work but Im stressed all the time. My dentist said that I grind my teeth. I gained almost 1/4 of my weight. I was skinnyfat but Im starting to look ridiculous now. Im almost 30 and no relationship. Getting a dog looks fine but Im scared that I will be a bad owner.
