Okay so,
I have hpv.
I understand hpv can be dormant in your body but I have only had unprotected sex with a limited number of people a LOOOOOOONG time ago, one of whom was a virgin. So yes there is a chance it was someone else and I am presenting symptoms years later...
however my ex and I had unprotected sex, I had a full check up and work up before him and a month after being with him. All negative other than getting BV (which is just a thing you can get from soap just as easily as sex).
Then my boyfriend cheated on me with another girl, unprotected sex, twice. He then got a really bad NGU (urethritis / male UTI) with no sign of chlamydia or gonorrhea.
It lasted months and wasn't great for him. I was clean with no issues.
Then I thought I saw a very small scab on his penis, like a pen dot. He said it was just a spot. Never saw anything again. It could well have just been that.
Anyway now I have HPV and some warts (not many, but they will have to be removed).
Do I need to tell him?
Was it probably him? I feel like it was him that douchebag with his cheating.
What to doooo

Tell him.
If you guys can't get your shit together and tell each other what you have you will never get better..
Sorry my ex and my boyfriend are the same person in this scenario.
