I have free time but I can't fucking use it

Econ freshman here. I go to uni 4 days in a week and I don't do much in other 3 days. I dont go out much, other than hanging around with people after lectures. I don't have a part time job. I don't have girl friend. I don't have a hobby that takes my time or any other sources. I don't do much. But I do a lot of useless shit.

Out of guilt I have started to study and finished the every subject of 6 of my courses (I have 8 courses but other 2 doesn't have textbooks or notes etc) in last 1.5 month. I'm like since I cant socialise and don't work atm, I should be doing useful stuff about my education, my future. But I spent so much time on useless shit.

Any advice about economics, future or life?
