As a guy, how do you stop caring about your appearance?
I'm obsessed with looking in mirrors to see if I look alright and when I look shitty I can get depressed for weeks. Ill dwell on it all day and get really anxious about it in public.

Do you go to gym? If not you should try it, often when I feel upset with myself I just go, even have to force myself to, but as soon as I start I feel a lot better.
