Hey /adv/, I'm sick of spending my days behind a computer screen. How do I make friends and not be socially awkward. Not looking for a girlfriend or anything, but some good friends to hand out with. Have a good time and shit. I don't know where to start.

Leave the house first off, that will help with social anxiety. Literally talk to everyone. Start with shit small talk with cashiers, that's what I did and it helped me become more comfortable with talking to people. They are paid to be friendly and through communicating with them you can build your confidence.
