How frequently? I've developed traction alopecia from my job. I have to wear earmuffs at work, but I have to remove them when someone walks in. Stop wearing them for a evoke, and see if it improves. I've recently decided to grow my hair long.
Someone told me today that I have a hole in my hair.
Am I going bald or is it the haircut ?

I'm 24 and there's no history of balding in my family. I also have a shitty lifestyle. I don't exercise enough, I eat shit, drink too much, procrastinate a lot which leads me to be easily stressed by things I could have avoided.
