There is great infrastructure here, so public transport is fine. Cars are also really, really expensive to buy and have here.
I'm also oddly content with the very little amount of furniture I have. Just a large corner white desk. 2 Monitors, one of which is big, and then a bed behind where I can lay down and see the monitor.
