I keep getting angry due to stress from personal problems and my moaning from this sometimes creates argument in my house
any advice in regards to controlling anger? thanks in advance.
thanks, i can't really talk that often with people in my house because they are busy or want to be left alone which might be why i just kind of moan rather then having a discussion. i could try being more open with close friends.
i am trying but sometimes i will just be pissed off in the moment and feel a need to release my emotions. i know its wrong which is why i am asking for advice, i must dont know how other people deal with it.
diary is good idea. i have hobbies. submissive sex partner would be pretty good but its finding one lol. i might start writing my thoughts down in a diary though, its something that could help.
There are two problems. One is anger, the other is your need to inflict your anger on others.
You need to deconstruct WHAT you are angry about to find out how to constructively deal with it.
You also need an outlet for stress. If male, go to /fit/ and learn to use anger as exercise fuel. You get health and energy and (usually) better self-esteem so it is pure win.
