How do the rest of you ADHD fags sleep on your meds? >inb4

I sleep just fine, but then I don't take medication for my ADHD.

I'm dying currently. Anyone else get really bad restless legs from it too?

Melatonin or anything with diphenhydramine in it (benedrill in my case) depending on how I'm feeling. I take vyvanse too and I'll take melatonin when I'm not really feeling too awake but if I don't feel like I can really sleep then I'll take benedrill to sleep since illus stronger and melatonin requires low light for sleep to actually be possible in most cases

Eat some oranges or take vitamin C + drink lots of water two hours before bed.

Some ADHD meds bind to vitamin C and then it can easily be urinated out.
Don't eat a lot of foods high in vitamin C or else you will lessen the effect.

Benadryl worsens my rls. I just took some melatonin about an hour ago. I actually take adderall, which I hear is way worse than vyvanse. I want to get on vyvanse but my doctor won't switch it. Thanks anyways tho

when you smoke weed your body produces 2000% more melatonin, that's why it's hard to sleep if you don't smoke and you get high often.

You can buy melatonin in pill or liquid form at any drug store. I'd recommend 3-5 MG.

No problem, sorry that I couldn't really be of help. Adderall is supposed to be stronger but not as long-lasting as vyvanse from what my neurologist told me, but I don't know for sure.

You could try another doctor, but I don't really know what the differences between the two medications are. I have inattentive ADD, not ADHD.

Isn't ADD just an outdated term for ADHD? I could be wrong. I have the inattentive type as well. I think they usually prescribe Ritalin and concerta for the hyperactive type
