Sleep lately has been terrifying to me for some reason (since Wednesday last week). Usually I fall asleep and immediately wake up, no dreams/nightmares. My body hurts during sleep but feels alright before and after sleep. Am I being paranoid, is that preventing me from sleeping? I took two small naps earlier today and they drained me emotionally but physically rested. I've gotten 5 hours these past 3 days and the thought of sleeping right now hurts my stomach even though my shoulders feel exhausted.

See a doctor. But in the mean time take your mind off things, reading helps me when I have trouble sleeping. Hope this helps.
