I purchased this meme mouse a few months ago and I've been having tracking issues.
I will be playing vidya and every 1 minute to 10 seconds it will stop sending signals I guess through the USB? It will entirely stop for a few seconds and start back up instantly, I play FPS games and this makes it insanely frustrating to try to play. Unplugging and plugging it back in seems to help slow down how often it becomes unresponsive.
Has anyone here experienced anything like this? Should I go ahead and order a better mouse or is this something I could fix?

I think it might be an issue with the sensor. Did you try to use another USB port? It's it still on warranty? It may be a shit meme mouse, but if you can RMA it and get a free replacement, then why not try?

I first thought it was the sensor but during one of the longer periods of it being unresponsive I opened up a text editor and clicked several of the side buttons, each is assigned to a different letter on the keyboard. I should have gotten an output like "ekbkbebek" but didn't get anything, meaning that the entire mouse including all entailing buttons was unresponsive.
I tried different USB ports on the rear and then front my computer and got the same issues so I brought it to my laptop and it wouldn't work well on there either.
I'm hesitant to RMA it because:
-Cougar doesn't have a good warranty system or customer service that a bigger company does like Corsair
-I feel like I'd still end up paying for the shipping to and from my house probably roughly $30
-It's a meme-shit mouse and I was very foolish to purchase it even if I got it for $40. I know more about mice now and I'd like to get a real one, like a Naos 7000 or maybe a G502 if I want more gaymer appeal. This might be my signal to upgrade I guess...
