My girlfriend has had pain in her ovaries from sex for over 6 months. It first started after hard sex then lasted during the day too. She usually has it in the left ovary (i thought it was because i hit there too much when we had sex). And after an ultra sound they said that the cysts she had went away. Now she is taking two birth controls implanon and the pill. They both mess with her hormones, she has depression on top of this and this combination has gotten rid of her sex drive but she still wants to have sex shes just scared of the pain.

What should we do? She thinks its endometriosis but checking is too expensive.
