Is there any way of getting rid of anxiety? Any tips? Already tried NoFap got to day 33 and said fuck it,
Anxiety is typically a worry or fear of what is to come, even the unknown.
You need to focus on the present, what is happening right now right before your eyes.
Try mindfullness breathing exercises
one way of getting rid of anxiety is to get used to the thing you are anxious about
so if you are anxious about asking a girl out, i assume the more girls you ask the less anxiety you will have
if you are anxious about talking in public, the more you do it the less anxiety you will have

Why would NoFap get rid of anxiety? If anything fapping should help.

Fapping too much is actually a common cause for anxiety/lack of confidence.
Fapping is fine, just don't do it too much. Try to space it out 5-7 days. Only do it if your blue balls are so bad that you can barely walk.
OP: Do you smoke weed? That causes a lot of anxiety, even if it didn't in the past.
If not, it could just be your thoughts that are giving you anxiety. In stoicism, it's believed that anxiety is a product that you create. You have the choice to turn off your anxiety by changing your way of thinking. If you're feeling anxiety, you're having the wrong thoughts.

The NoFap subreddit talk about it helping social anxiety. Bought into the hype I guess.
I've heard before that doing something that involves being mindful of space like Tetris or cleaning can help with current anxiety because it derails your thinking enough that it becomes a non-issue. Getting rid of anxiety altogether is tricky, you need to know your triggers and avoid them until you feel comfortable incorporating them back into your life. As a mental exercise you should imagine a thing that does give you anxiety and try to reframe it as a positive thing and spend a ton of time thinking about it that way, trying to rewrite your experiences and your negative associations in a positive light.
