have fun gaining no muscle. workouts shouldn't be more than 45 mins or so. if you can do longer, you're not going hard enough. muscle growth happens during rest, not lifting. lifting tears muscle fibers.
Honestly, Id say drop the products you're using on your face. Drink plenty of water, stop touching your face... Even if you do touch your face, have clean hands. Having pimples show up once in awhile is normal. Id also stop the moisturizer since it prevents pores from breathing. Your face should provide the natural oils it needs.
You can also try sleeping with a fresh towel on your pillow every night, but I don't do that since I can't be passed to wash towels all the time.
