Does the phrase "MYLAN 4010" sound familiar? If so, then it could be temazepam: an insomnia medication in the family of benzodiazepines.
Its amphetamine salts (aka generic adderall). The extended release ones are blue. To stop people from snorting the pill they packaged the medicine inside little balls that sting like hell unless you grind it up real good.
