You actually don't need an add-on. You just have to edit your 4chan settings.

The easiest way is to highlight the text you want filtered (!!KFuVGnE8fzZ to filter tripcode type, or Kylo Pegasus to filter name type), then click on the blue triangle at the right of the post, click on "Filter Selected Text," make sure "Hide" is checked, and save your settings.

You can also get there by clicking on "Settings" at the bottom right of the page then going to "Filters & Post Hiding," then edit on "Filter and Highlight specific threads/posts."
