I'm 5'5" and I'm 19 y/o I weigh somwhere around 130 pounds. What would you guys consider fat? Because I think 130 is pushing it.
you're fat when your doctor starts to tell you to lose weight.
130 is literally in the middle of where you should be.
Your weight is not just fat. Your muscles play a part in your weight. When I stopped exercising for 6 months, I actually lost 10 pounds from muscle. Your bones also matter, I have a super skinny friend, 5'2 weights 125 pounds, her doctors told her she has really thick and heavy bones. But from your picture you are definitely not fat and you know this, or you wouldn't be confident enough to post it.
