The shape is off. They need to be narrower and more hooked. Also it's hard to determine placement since Hussie draws heads with a really weird shape, but I think they should be closer to the front of the head than the back. Good progress though, and the color is spot-on.

Also - your pic is a png but it looks like the horns have jpeg artifacts around them...? How did that happen?

Yeah I got the feeling they weren't curved enough but I couldn't tell if that was just me, I'll make them a bit skinnier too but I'm wary of making them too thin in comparison to the other horns, placement doesn't matter since I worry about that last and even if I didn't you can tweak it ingame regardless.

And my printsceen hasn't been working so the capture software I'm using probably automatically saves as jpeg.

Feferi looks great, no complaints.

Terezi looks pretty good. I feel like the horns should be a little bigger but I'm not sure. She needs glasses, obviously.

Aradia looks a little off, mainly on the top part of the curve. It might just be the angle but they look a little too close to her skull and a too thin.

You can scale the horns a fair amount before they drift completely off, terezi's don't scale as much before they slide off her head completely, I was hoping you could scale the horns up to make ancestor variants but that might only work with horns pointing straight up (so feferi's only more or less)
Regardless, here's the biggest her horns go in the editor before you start to see the base of them eek out from the hair, I think it's pretty adequate.

They're a bit too close together. That's my only real complaint besides the gradient.

Well it was more fernangeling than I'd like but the Kanaya horns are done, good luck to anyone who tries to make a proper version of her because I don't think her wolverine hairstyle exists.
It's just Vriska left, her spike horn seems the same except it doesn't sit flush with the rest of the horn like Kanaya's, so it might actually be easier to do, and I have a decent idea on how to make the hook so it should all go smoothly.

The hook came out misshapen somehow when I know for a fact it was a perfect circle starting out, and the spiked horn came out pretty bad after trying to mimic the bump her one has compared to kanaya's in some panels, I might just remove that one and reuse kanaya's spike since it looks so much less awkward, what do you guys think?

Don't need to tell me twice, turns out there was a dark streak on one side of the spike but I just flipped the horn back to front, I had a similar problem with one of the other sets of horns but really you're not gonna look at them closely from the back that much so I just left it.

And with that the horns should all be done, I will go back and double check them for some glaring issues but otherwise I'm going to see about adding new T-shirt textures, assuming that goes well I can put in all the shirt logos you'd expect.

That being said, my 5 year old video card can't run it. Even with graphics settings turned down to as low as they can go, it overheats and force shutdowns. If I'm lucky, and my bedroom window is open and blowing cool Autumn night air into the room, it maxes out at a few degrees below shutdown point and I can play it for just long enough for a quick fap.

I was actually really surpirsed how much you can manage without mods, you can have different colours and styles for each eye, you can colour the sclera, the skin, you can even do the yellow fingernails though its pretty ugly so it might just be better to forego canon and skip that
