Inspired by some of the other guard characters in these threads, I made my own, an apathetic Drow guard named Shikane who uses her job on the night shift to wander the town in search of booze, drugs, and sex. Naturally she attracts the exact kind of people she's meant to apprehend, and inadvertently does so since she likes to tie people up. This is the only reason she still has a job, since she's openly insubordinate and (true to Drow form) doesn't recognise her male superior officers as having any authority over her. She tends not to wear the uniform or armor because "Shit's heavy, yo..."

Most art programs I've seen can accomplish that with the "Pencil" tool. I know Gimp provides such a tool, as well as Photoshop. Alternatively, you could try an oekaki app or something. There's also always MSPaint I guess? I haven't used that program in years, so I don't know what changes they've made since XP.

This turned out really good...hard to believe it's been in the works for so long.
I need to draw some more Vega...I haven't even posted anything for like 3 threads but I've been busy...also, it's unusually hot for this time of year and my PC isn't in a room with A/C, so it's not pleasant to draw when it's too hot or cold.
