Using it as a replacer you want to extract the contents of it's data folder into your own, and overwrite. This will install to your textures/actors/character/female directory.
Then go into the body textures folder in the archive and choose your options. You should have 9 files to add to the directory I mentioned above. You will probably also have to add it manually.

In the end your female folder should have these 12 files in total.

I love combining textures quite a lot and most skins I use are almost never just one full set of a singular skin. Her skin originally was an edited version of an older version of fair skin.

For use with sex animations?
Sometimes it works well, at other times it's just a hassle.

It doesn't open in any realistic way and clipping is sometimes an issue. Plus you have to manually add the texture/msn parts to your texture if you use something that doesn't already have an edited version available.

BUT when not in use, the added mesh looks great.
It's just aesthetically really nice in my opinion. Added benefit of giving you some visual differentiation if you happen have follower present that doesn't use the mesh. Variety is nice. I would recommend it for the visual aspect alone.

It's just physical lips that stick out of the body just a bit.

When it's open you just have like a 3 or 4 inch deep textured pocket that objects can interact with or enter. It isn't detailed, just a pocket. If you have meshed pubic hair, they can clip into the pocket during certain animations/poses and that can get ugly.

The chinese uunp that was posted a couple weeks ago has more anatomically correct internal parts but nothing lined up during animations so that level of detail is kinda pointless.
