Idea:
Taking inspirations from some other games, this will involve as deceased supervillain as Ron. With Kim Possible thinking he has memory loss as he's behaving like a different person

Taking a more action/RPG game route, but it would have a choice base system of what kind of "Ron" would the player create. And it would have multiple endings

Also, there would have to be a choice of Romance or Slave route. The Romance route would have to involve your choice of girls you want to have a relationship with and how you want it to happen. Kim Possible, Bonnie Rockwaller, Monique, Yori, or Shego. The Slave route is the most obvious since you'll get the harem ending

You could even have "Ron" join the spy organization "Global Justice" agent, with Will Du as a partner
