It's not just about the character. Pretty much every character you can stun loop like this. Even Kuroko. The games combat system is too predictable. The enemy has too much health but is stunned too easily. So it just becomes a game of button mashing. It should require more strategy but less endurance.

I think the real problem is the retarded AI.
Some bosses have really strong attacks that would make them a nightmare to fight if they moved around the map and used them, but instead they just stand in one place throwing shitty regular attacks at you while you spam-punch them to death.
The reason Kuroko is slightly harder than other bosses is that she actually bothers to move around the map and even then there were times when I fought her and she just stood there trying to throw attacks at me while I beat the living shit out of her.
Bosses need faster attacks too. Some of them take so long to throw their shit that they give you a HUGE opening to prevent them from doing it or just attack them afterwards. The worst offender is Izzard, who after doing his multiple guns shit proceeds to bow, which allows you to attack him with 0 danger meanwhile.
Contraty to the chink's opinion, I think this game should be harder and for that they don't need stronger bosses, just a better AI.

Yes there's button mashing and chaining, it kinda comes as apart of the genre, and its less that you can't stun loop and more that you won't get a chance to if even a lesser chance than someone than Mikoto, especially when later bosses have allies around them or just have good aoe, if you want to stun loop someone like Misha you need to properly stun her with debuffs rather than trying to drain her stamina
it only takes one for her to fuck up your party, Etazli can and will nuke your companions the first chance he gets and even if he doesn't he'll eventually just use his close range aoe then cancel out of it so he can shank whoever's left

well the real problem is more that most bosses will not dash out of the way properly, there are some people who can actually do it(like Misha) and proceed to follow up with a penetrating move or a aoe and then theres the ones who can't and won't, I'll see if anything changes next patch since they claim they're tweaking it again, but the stamina bar needs to be higher so bosses don't get broken as fast at perhaps the expensive of lower health, but in return their broken state lasts longer.

So I actually fucked up my first attempt of the second accelerator level (last of volume 3), but on my second attempt I managed to use exclusively fast attack (and quick dodge) to defeat him. Just spammed it and followed him quickly with dodge when he went flying. And spammed the attack hundreds of times. Very broken.

Some dude was using an anaethetic or something and btfo me and this thug at the beginning. Then we went on a quest and figured out the anesthetic he used and tested it. Raildex is the nickname the English-speaking fandom uses for the Toaru Majutsu no Index franchise. It is a portmanteau of Railgun and Index, referring to the animated adaptations.

The Japanese equivalent of this is Toaru (とある Toaru, lit. "A Certain"), referring to the first three hiragana characters that is now part of the idiosyncratic naming scheme the franchise uses for its series and other properties.

The first known use of the term "Raildex" was seen in an anonymous post in the /a/ (Anime and Manga) board of 4chan on October 31, 2009, just one day after the 5th episode of Toaru Kagaku no Railgun was first broadcasted. The post was in a thread arguing that Railgun is superior to Index. It was the 6th reply in the thread, though the word was never mentioned again before the thread was pruned. Coincidentally, the term Ingun is also used in the post, another fandom term to refer to the franchise, though mostly as a joke.
