Unless Shinsuke dies for whatever reason before procreating with Shakugan and ends up having Senya and Tsukiko take on the Kazamatsuri name. Neither actually have last names iirc. In a later chapter of the demon village oneshot, Tsukiko's lightning sword is Raizou family heirloom too.
