So she was the bad girl, /a/?
For trying to prevent incest and convincing her childhood friend that it is ok not to be perfect?
I didn't think she was a bitch. She and kyosuke had a 3 year period where they didn't even talk to eachother, and the whole time she's dealing with wanting her brother to love her, whilst at the same time mourning the fact that he's not the same person he was before Manami changed him.
Her being a bitch is a defense mechanism. You really see it when he confesses to her and she calls him a creep and says she hates him. She doesn't want him to ruin his life over her, but when he refuses to let her go she realises it's ok, hence the crying and "hai".
Kirino is best girl. I'm glad she won in theend.
Ayase already knows that the siblings love each other and her biggest character development point was becoming more tolerant and open so I doubt she'd pull a Manami. Besides Kirino is still her super duper best friend who she tries to imitate so even less likely she
>convincing her childhood friend that it is ok not to be perfect?
You mean trying to warp his personality into something she likes more by taking advantage of a moment of weakness?
Are there really people who actually believe glasses are some kind of character defining trait?
In OreImo After Story Manami sits down and directly addresses the audience, explaining why the escapism championed by the show's prior material is unhealthy and self-defeating, and encouraging the audience to seek help if they feel alone, and embrace engagement with the world. I hope Manami then goes outside and takes a walk in the park, saying hello to her neighbors and demonstrating that the world is not a place to be hid from in anime and videogames, but something to be challenged and explored. I hope it ends with Manami interviewing Kirino's parents, who discuss how they're deeply worried for her, but don't really understand her, and wish she would communicate with them. And then Manami gives the audience a final "good luck," and shuts off the broadcast.
This thread is Kirino approved.

She was shit because she is an ugly grandmother. I don't care about the incest shit
I'll give you the plain part but her personality, grandmom haircut, and glasses brought her from a plain girl to a shit. All of the characters bring a lot to the table except for her.
she is cute!
It's dumb how people blame the other character's behaviour on her as if she's the only one with a brain and free will. All manami ever did was express her opinion, it's not her fault they all thought it was good advice
You have to understand that there wasn't any incest to prevent to begin with, Manami just needed some excuse to separate Kirino from Kyouske, so she came up with the incest excuse to create confusion on Kirino head, making her repulse something that it was completely normal at that moment, that was her love for her big brother. She could have make up any excuse to fulfill her evil plans.
This series would have been better if Manami were a yandere.
