Spoilers are out. Two chapters this week.
"The legendary people"
Jericho's trio has arrived but King and Elaine look weird.
Octololi's about to explain the rules of the tournament.
The assassin knight order interrupts and tries to get the promise about the prize, but Octololi ignores them and continues.
Dolor creates the arena in form of two giant hands, and then Octololi proceeds to massacre everyone left in the maze.
That attack, called Death Thorn, uses a fearsome legendary spirit spear growing in the upper stratum of the god tree.
Yep, Octololi is… the first Fairy King that was thought to be dead 3000 yars ago, Gloxinia the Rest.
End texts: "The legends face each other! The ancestor of Giants! The first Fairy King! The newfound threat descends upon them!"
"The identity of the Commandment has been revealed! The legendary strong enemy stands before their eyes!"
Two chapters this week! Turn the page to read the next chapter!
"Which are the fated teams!?"
Why are you a Commandment!?
Harlequin, pretty much the one in this place that knows about the Spirit Spear Basquias, asks that question.
Glowinia is pretty blunt in her answer: if he wants her to answer that, he's gotta fight in the championship.
Then, Taizoo, turned into the Commandments' errand boy, announces that the tag team matches will be held.
However… someone that didn't get killed appears… it's Gowther "I am not a pure human to begin with."
And Escanor who got slightly trodden on his foot by a shadow.
Escanor makes a big drama because his cherished glasses he got from Merlin broke,
but Gloxinia punches him in the abdomen.
Once he collapses, Gloxinia uses the seventh form of Basquias, "Moon Rose",
to heal him back up as proof for the prize.
16 groups forming a tag team thanks to Dolor's "Divination Table" are:
Meliodas and Ban; Hendrickson and Griamore; Harlequin and Diane;
Thora and Jigmo of the assassin knight order; Estaro of the order and Arbus the depraved monk; Arthue and the nameless Japanese fencer;
Howzer and the minstrel Solaseed; Slader and the boxer Haiwhan; Gilthunder and the sorcerer Gilfrost;
Escanor and Hawk; Gowther and Jericho; Matrona and Oslow;
the hoky knight Silver and the blue demon Coatso; the blue demons Doltso and Caltso; the dolls Doro and Guro.
…and for some reason, Elizabeth and Elaine fight the first match.
End texts: "The weakest pair is going to tackle the life and death fight!? That combination isn't very good for them!!"
"The competition system is the tag-team match!! The mortal fight of 16 groups of 32 people starts now!! Only the strongest move to the next round!!"
To be continued in chapter 163 / A princess and a saint guardian.
So each Fairy King has a Spirit Spear of their own? That´s interesting, but weird, because King received his from the kingdom, so maybe it´s from another one and King still doesn´t have his own true spear
so these two became demons by drinking their blood just like Endricksen?
Seems like demons are really far from being your usual race. How their blood transforms other living beings makes it more seems like a virus.
Well, that would also explains why the commandmants are clearly unique beings while the demon 'army" made of the red and grey demons are just clones of each others.
And Octololi's name is Gloxinia? Nice.
that confirms "King" isn't a title linked to the gender. So Elaine could have been the Fairy King.
>Gilthunder and Gilfrost
>that confirms "King" isn't a title linked to the gender. So Elaine could have been the Fairy King.
Then again, 妖精王 could've been translated as Fairy Queen if I've been fussy about gender.
>I stopped reading so I could enjoy binge-reading
>I then came into a spoiler thread and asked what the fuck is going on without context
shaking my head family
I am looking forward to it, but it's kind of nice actually not having a bunch of flavor of the month retards shitting things up and making the rest of the board pissed at you by proxy.
I'm kind of hoping the NnT and Helck stay a bit below the radar.
That said, these spoilers seem a bit suspect.
Nakaba generally works fast, and 2 chapters for just a small reveal and naming the tournament teams. Really?
>I'm kind of hoping the NnT and Helck stay a bit below the radar.
>second season of the anime coming later this year
does this mean that the ten commandments arc will wrap up in the next 30 or 40 chapter?
I don't think my mind is prepared for a battle shonen to not drag shit out forever.
NnT ending in about 3 years then?
> don't like these feels
what do you mean?
the other characters will stall for the next few chapters until dawn begins, and then 40% of the 10C will be dead, all before chapter 165.
