They were a guild since they have a Fortress and the Demons are presumably their NPCs, but they probably weren't that big if these demons could be defeated by the non-player members of the Thirteen Heroes.

Probably a duo of newbie players. It doesn't take long to get at level 100 in the game, but without a competent party it might prove difficulty in a game where everyone that is playing has a ridiculous strong gear and min/maxed builds.

They probably were around level 80-90. If they weren't magic casters, then it isn't that kind of strange that Flutter was able to cast stronger magic than anyone in the group.

We know that the dwarf king was a member of the group, he too may had been a player.
