The way I imagine Lise, no matter how much blood, grime, or semen she was covered in, even as she would stagger, barely able to walk to a sink, the first thing she would do is make sure her ribbons were clean, and if not, thoroughly scrub them, as if she could wash away the stains on her body, mind, and soul by scrubbing harder and harder.
Even if she would fall exhausted near the sink after, stinking of multiple men's semen, she would only permit herself to sleep once she was assured the ribbons were pure.
She falls further into the abyss because her mania has made the colors start to fade from the ribbons. In her mind, her only hope now is for her onii-chan to get her ribbons again.
