Finished this the other day, wasn't anything special. I got bored so I didn't even realize she died until the letter.
The music was great though.

This anime show me how hypocrite is this place.

Ehh, I kinda liked Shigatsu, but the issues Arima had with his mother lasted too long, it even looked as though it had wound up and was back again at one point. Also the 2 years ago or however old they were was the strangest thing, they must have Hotaru syndrome or something. Kaori's constant death flag waving was very annoying, she just wouldn't shut up at points. The scene with them both playing together was dying was good, and the letter was good too, but I'd really have liked to have seen further into the future a little more, to often a persons death is the end where as in real life that's just the beginning, the grieving and how people overcome and deal with that is much more important yet we never really got to see any of that which would have been good.
