I don't consider myself a drawfag just yet, but from what I can tell: your neck isn't proportionate, you suffer from drawing plastic breasts, the arm lengths are also wonky, hands are way too tiny, and not 100% sure but her torso looks way too long. Facial features also seem too spaced out.

Learn anatomy, practice gesture, copy pictures and redraw them with minimal reference and compare to see why things work and why they don't.

Some things I can point out from your picture that are easily fixable.
Neck too wide and it doesn't flare as it goes up. You lack a ribcage. Arms too short, elbow ends below ribcage. hands too small, but good job on fingers though, those look like they were studied. Breasts are affected by gravity and act like hanging bags. Girls shoulders are sloped more downwards.

I'm not very good myself, only studied on and off for a couple months.

I also have "ADD" I can't focus on practicing long enough or constant enough. I will try drawing for almost 6 hours at a time but then stop every 10 minutes to check threads, look at videos, try doing music stuff, go play online, all in between drawing.
