But really, this whole arc is still running strong. Especially with Hibiki being so forward with her goals and willing to meet and explain herself, there's no sense of a fruitless fight like with the Falulu debacle. This episode Kyupikon was Kyupikon, Mega-nee had a great live, and there was real, relatable despair. Mirei is such a good character and so interesting to watch.

So after 44 was translated I prepared v0 encodes for DMF 44-51 and I've been watching them as they complete (for the most part DMF isn't that difficult to watch raw).
By the way, I'm putting the encodes up on Mega for fansubbing but people can watch them too (there's still some severe banding issues all around which will take ages to fix probably, but whatever).

In shounen they often literally fight to the death or for honor or redemption but in idol anime it's all "It doesn't matter who wins as long as we have fun and try our best!" Right, I had written some stuff that I won't post except for maybe this attempt to answer the question some anon posted like 2 years ago wondering whether Yun-su was autistic or not.

I remember to this day that I'd give my opinion on it after I had rewatched the show, but sadly it was over such an extended period of time that I haven't gotten a clear answer yet.

So I was finally listening to this week's episode of Kakuma AI Oonishi Saori Can Choume Can Banchi and in typically absurd fashion the weekly challenge corner was talking to a 5 year old. Their favourite anime? Pripara, Pokémon, and Aikatsu. Their favourite Pripara? Mirei.

Of course there is probably some inherent otaku bias in there by relation, but it's just the weirdest thing to suddenly be hearing.
