General chapter thoughts:
Shiratorizawa ended up being my fourth favourite team so it'll be kinda sad to see them go. Highlights included seeing Tendou talk to Ushijima as they were stretching cause after all that hype about him being an unstoppable super ace it's nice to see him open up to someone. Also, of course, the karasuno third years being overjoyed and a victory dinner instead of a defeat one. Can't wait to see the cats and owls again next time.

What chapter of the manga is the anime at?

I've got nothing against kuroken but I can't stand kurotsuki. They barely talk to each other yet the pairing is overly popular, the same goes with a lot of others one. I fucking hate pairings that are based on only one or two interactions at all, worst case is when they are paired up together just because "they're hot".

I think he has improved a lot but I don't like it wen he simplifies his style as muchas he has done at times during the last 60 chapters or so. From time to time, when the situation or mood requires it, he can draw the characters quite nicely and with a lot of detail.

About the Tokyo Finals. From what I see on the last panel (pic related), the Owls were done with their match, while the cats were about to go in.

So here is the thing. Perhaps Tokyo has two or three differente finals to get each rep team. A la Group A, Group B and Group C. The owls won the finals of Group A, and now the cats will have the finals of Group B.

I mean this would make much more sense. Right? Furudate would not make Bokuto cry, right? ;_;

I watched both seasons of Free and am up to date with the HQ manga, and gotta say I definitely prefer the former, mostly becaUuse HQ doesn't linger and doesn't depend on the drama to keep itself interesting. Plus, shipping aside, you get a lot of characters interacting between themselves, while Free kept putting the same two characters in the same space and barely interacted with the others. Personally I felt Free would have benefited itself from the SoL that we got in the drama CDs. Also the HQ teams do feel like real teams where everyone is good at something, while in Free it felt like Haru was carrying the whole team. Plus I think the shipping pandering did drag down the quality.
