Azudora seems like the kind of guy that an author makes you love and then is killed withour mercy. I can see him dying telling his subordinates to not hate humans and regreting not being able of being friends with them once again, with a sad flashback with his humans friends of the distant past and the two demons kings that were killed, after that all of them would receive him in the afterlife with a smile.

I can also see him giving away his life force to make a magic contract that would free the winged humans or at least saving them from dying once that the king/Rafaed/the mist magician is defeated. For dramatic effect all his plants would grow as trees with flowers all over the empire.

Maybe what she said about Helck is not due to time travel shenaningans but because she has dealt with Heroes before. Who may or may not have caused the destruction of the previous world, and she regconises Helck is a hero.

It could be entirely possible that Heroes in this world has a deeper root than simply being a power deep within each human, may even be evil.

The witch also insisted on Vermilio having Piuy. Considering that her name is a reference to the Vermilion Phoenix, perhaps Piuy is a phoenix and Vermilio's race, of which the witch is a part of has phoenix companions as a tradition.

It is unclear whether the Witch is blood related to Vermilio or not, we will just have to wait.

It seems theres multiple types of awakenings. Hero awakening, King Awakening, Mage Awakening, and within those Awakenings theres a different ability for each person. Cless could empower allies, Helck could become Khorne if lost to rage, King can mind control and Mage can JUST AS PLANNED.
