Don't think this means anything. Cat hasn't won shit.
Ox will obviously get major character development down the line which establishes her as the winner of rat bowl. You see, this is like Toaru Majutsu no Index where Index is the main heroine but true love interest and winner of the Touma bowl is Biribiri while Index fades into irrelevancy. So in this case, Cat while being the main heroine will surely fade into irrelevancy down the line and there will be obvious signs that point to Ox winning the rat bowl.
So because she's suffered she's going to die?
I've forgot the name of this, can someone refresh my memory? I remember the MC was essentially disowned by his family, and that the story has something to do with youkai, animals, and I think it refers to the zodiac, something about the rat tricking the cat or something.
And I tried but google didn't check out. I've been meaning to find a way to add a yandex extension to the listing of image searches, but I haven't found a way to do that with 4chanX. I'm not even sure if that would work either, but for now it's easier to ask.
>you'll have to use your body [to work to pay me back], but it's a very nice job
finished reading this yesterday, and cat is the best. ox and dog are fine, but cat is just the best.
I need you to ensure that the Nekuni clan has many many heirs
>letting your imouto become head of the family
masochist cuck tier decision.
effective b8to OP.
People have become so deluded by stuff like TWOGK and Nisekoi they can't even understand this is clear-cut a love story between Cat and Rat.
It pretty much follows the old Shakespearean model for star-crossed lovers to a T.
Even Ox is that fucking fag Mercutio, symbolized by the fact that Oxen aren't female.
Seem like a good old revenge story with totally-not-human youkais. Mangaka is doing an okay job to make his world but the best parts are, of course, the antics and cute reactions of the cat.
This is my problem with manga in general.
I can read 80-90% of it because I like cute girl art, but it's once in a blue moon when I actually get emotionally invested in anything, either seriously or comically.
I wish more artists would let proper writers work on their stories.
