anime is aired at 23.976 fps. to watch it without jitter, you need to watch it at a hz frequency which is either the same or a multiple of it (x2, x3, x4...). to achieve the 24 fps, use reclock to slightly speed up the anime to 24 fps.
ever since i overclocked my 60hz monitor to 72hz, the scenes look much smoother.
