3 ice cubes in ramen bowl wont make it cold. You can do the math. This will just make it at worst warm. In fact I sometimes add a cube or just cold water to cool it. Hot ramen is really hot especially in the foam cups and the sizes they make these days for more soup (more hot water). They have warning labels now for them so you dont burn yourself.
