You used Sayaka appearing beside Madoka in the end of Rebellion to prove that Sayaka was deleted the same way Madoka was as she ended up in pretty much same position.
But, as Madoka is pretty much a god in this timeline (Madokaverse) and she 'takes' all magical girls who are ready to turn into witches. So if Sayaka, existing normally in that timeline, were to become a magical girl and then push herself to the point of turning into a witch, she would be taken by Madoka as well, and as Madoka still remembers her from previous timeline (the main one, where Madoka was a normal human), she might take her with herself instead of letting her disappear (or whatever happens to all magical girls now) normally.
