>Masato Yasuno (episode animation director on Little Busters!, Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?) is designing the characters.
Wonder if Makoto will get the Hestia treatment
that show was hella weird though, then it just went "le magic vs le tecnology :^)" so yeah..
Cute witches are the greatest thing to ever exist.
I doubt it's the budget, yumekui had nice budget but it was still butchered, jc staff's biggest issue is that they tend to fuck up the writing, but if there's no writing then there's not much to fuck up either
Well, not really.
Small studios tend to have consistent teams, kyoani or shaft for example.
Bigger studios are more dynamic indeed.
Never said it was the budget alone, staff and budget matters. If the writer does a shit adaptation no budget will redeem it, but if the staff wants to do a good adaptation there's a minimum budget to be met until you run into still frames and other shit.
Yumekui merry had a shit adaptation.
But Milky Holmes is top tier.
First Aria adaptation is complete absolute thrash.
Otome Yukai Zakuro is great.
Just to name a few examples.
>Small studios tend to have consistent teams, kyoani or shaft for example.
Thought it was JC Staff trying to force some Hestia shit again but she actually looks like her.
Makoto's makomakos are pretty juicy though
There's really not much to shitpost about with this series though as long as its fans don't become too obnoxious. I imagine the threads will be quite slow as there isn't a whole lot to talk about either, most people know they're getting into a slow pace slice of life if they pick this up.
This season seems a lot better to me than spring though.
maybe you should just try being less retarded
Is this really what this site devolved to?
>If New Game airs next season as well I am going to have to suck my own cock.
My fucking nigger.
I can't wait for it either.
Author doesn't want it: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2008-12-04/yotsuba&creator-kiyohiko-azuma-addresses-anime-rumors
>Azuma explains that the reason that a Yotsuba&! anime has not been attempted so far is the difficulty of adapting its idiosyncratic storytelling. For example, he notes there is one scene in which the title character Yotsuba is visiting the Ayase family to play. Yotsuba walks in the door and says, "Konnichiwa—" ("Hello!"). Azuma uses several panels of nothing happening to represent time passing, and then the scene just ends.
Non Non Biyori pulled this well with Renge looking at the screen for 90~ seconds when her friend went away.
But I understand the guy, if he thinks it wouldn't work out it's fine.
It comparable regardless on your feeling for this manga. The author is obviously heavily inspired by Yotsuba and whether you think it's any good or not is down to your own opinion.
Actually, I don't because I haven't finished Repeat yet.
The flying witch volumes are selling well too. It's just fairly obvious that yotsuba fans still want an anime and still won't ever get one so it's not hard to understand how they'd get frustrated by series in the same genre that have been published for a lot less time getting anime adaptations
It's just some bullshit excuse, several shows did it before, he just doesn't like anime studios changing the script. Which isn fair enough but still after this much time you'd think he could strike a contact he wants with a studio but nope
she looks reasonable to be that age
