What kind of sound is this?
It is stated 100% certainty when he imagines what it would have been like if he fucked her and then says "I should have done it while i had the chance" or something like that.
Then his daydream ends and he's handed divorce papers.
Yeah he did. He wanted to be married to her, he loved her. But she had zero feelings for him. He truly wanted to keep her shackled to him though.
I've always wondered how big the country in break blade is, I can't find the pages but it's pretty much a public secret that the king is a giant cuck. Everyone knows the queen loves Rygart.
Funniest chapter is where he commanded her as king to go on a date with him. Top tier masochist beta.
Usually the dark skinned dude is the opposite.
Fuckin slut-queen, jut die already.
I want Rygart to hook up with the best girl already!
Both them are old, busted or dead.
The new OP pilot is the guy with the scar.
>girls interested in mc bathe together
Threesome true end. Don't pretend it's impossible.
>He could've killed Zess a couple chapters back and avoided all the final battle Sasuke bullshit
>"Hurr durr muh friendship!"
Zess better just kill everyone so these kinds of MCs finally realize they need to kill the bad guy while the powerlevel gap is still hugely in their favor.
What did the TV series add?
From what I remember, Rygart is basically a pure human untainted by magic which allows him to use mechs powered with normal technology from years gone by right?
I should pick up the manga.
It is obvious that MC is into the blonde slut.
The only thing holding him back is his lack of self worth. He thinks he is a loser who can't use magic and is a bad match for the smartest slut in the country.
However the situation is changing, he is now viewed as a hero and pretty much everyone think they are already fucking behind the king back.
>Literally fantasises about Rygart fucking her.
Get on that, mate.
They just ended it when Rygart went to save his little brother.
In the manga they captured his mech
and the red head ended up dying in his place to rescue him. They exchanged Rygart for the 12years old girl and the manga continue from there.
Production IG actually did a good job on the anime. I dare say it is superior to the manga. In the manga you can't tell who is who since the mechs all look same and the OP/ED were fucking great in the anime.
which is powerful in the "holy shit did it really just do that" kind of sense.
Special power is being the best mech despite not being able to use magic.
Man, this relationship is pretty weird.
Oh wait wrong series.
The TV series did rearrange some scenes and added a few scenes, but it's more or less the same. The only longer scene that they added is the fight against the Spartans (when Girge saved Rygart) and the BD bonus "Virgins War" (the fight between Nike and Narvi).
I can't remember where exactly it is in the manga but I did take this screenshot at the exact moment the anime diverged, if that helps.
>mfw right is dead
It's not fair.
why would someone use a gas pistol... if u can use one with normal bullets?
as for much i know: gas pressure weapons are used by special forces who are fighting in the water, for example the US seals or the German Kampfschwimmer
Normal bullets are expensive.
Quartz is everywhere in the setting.
It does its job, the gun is huge but the penetration power is outstanding, while the bullets are cheap like sand.
Also there's no indication they even have normal guns.
They live in a world where everything operates via magic quartz, and the only machine that breaks from that is the ancient relic that is MC's mech. They don't have conventional firearms.
>She never likes the king as lover anyway
That makes it worse. She legitimately married a guy she didn't love, probably for political reason. That's the very definition of a whore.
I think she did it to incite jealousy at the MC.
I distinctly remember a scene where she chide the MC for attending her marriage ceremony to the king.
Her actions are totally indefensible.
Well, to be fair she did try to marry rygart first but he quite deliberatly ignored her and went back farming. Because he thinks he doesn't deserve her, since having no magic means your poor.
More like Sasuke if he wasn't a massive faggot, at least give him that much.
Well, no she was supposed to marry hodr in the first place. But she grew fond of rygart, and was totally okay with eloping with him before the marriage was even scheduled, but he shot that down.
So she and hodr marry, and the story starts a few years later, where rygart turns out to be the only one to be able to pilot delphine (other than his brother, perhaps), and truns out she still wants him and he still doesn't think he deserves her, even though pretty much everyone else thinks they are already doing it.
As hodr, while it isn't specified if he and sigyin did actually consumate the marriage, by this point he pretty much accepted that she wants rygart rather than him, even though he likes her too. Having her sign the divorce papers to keep her alive in case the royal family is sent for execution was just the moment where he definitely lost.
I think his backstory is something akin to atonement because his stepmon ruined the pilot career of his step brother by poisoning the whole family.
He gotta pick up the slack piloting mech to kill the brown peoples because his brother cant anymore.
ehy jo dude i have some kind of a social life, a job, friends, hobbys... u know?
i can´t watch EVERY anime, and actually i just watch harem and romance, slice of life, action is REALLY not my case of stuff.
>pls don´t hate me
To be fair, nothing were shown otherwise.
He was sent to the school as a spy to kill Hodr.
Only the MC faggot think he can be saved and betrayed his Athen homeland.
Can't wait for Zess to kill Sygin. It is going to happen.
>ruined the pilot career of his step brother
Anon, it's more like the sister is playing a game of crusader kings in real life.
>Girl was engaged to black guy
>Found a white dude, loved him instead
>White dude shot her down
>Married black guy
>Some years later white dude became a rising star
>Dumped black guy and went for white dude again
It's that simple, how can you defense someone like that. She acts on mere whim and thinks nothing of the marriage or the black guy's feeling, she just used him because he was convenient.
to be fair, I think the chapter that showed wat actually happened was only revealed in the Volume release, at first zess's nightmare wasn't shown.
>Only the MC faggot think he can be saved and betrayed his Athen homeland
One should never betray their homeland. That's why the jailbait and her whole family must be killed execution style for their crime of treason.
Kill them all, Johnny, kill them all!
She was only shown in this flashback, all that we know is that the hold she has over zess is that if zess doesn't do whatever, athens will fall. Btw, athens (big country on the right) is zess's homeland, rygartz homeland is khrisna (country in the middle).
your right, my fault. this picture has the actual names of the country's.
reminder that howl is the best character.
>>that whole episode of rygart trying to not kill the enemy.
no, that was >>135793010, and pic related. The one on the right got killed by narvi / girghe, and the bitch deserved it.
He's more fun after his husband dies.
I don't remember her being engage to the king at all. All I remember is that mc didn't want to marry due to reason then later she ended up marrying the king for reason. Her reason is probably retarded as hell anyway, like he can support her research or some shit.
More like athens cannot comprehend other countries not being as evil as they are
It would've at least delayed it, since Zess was a huge factor in their war potential, it would be a quagmire to believe they would have the same chance of winning without him as the leader.
Athens has an overwhelming force compared to Krishna, their head of the state being assassinated just strengthens their resolve and makes them go all out, just ask Archduke Ferdinand how this thing worked.
They actually fucking did it? Really need to read the manga now, damn it.
Wish we could get a S2. The OVA's were great, didn't need shitty reruns of them. Just start from the third, where it went off track I hear.
Fuck the OP was god tier. Can't believe they gave the TV series generic j-pop.
Killing Zess would be like dismantling their nuclear arsenal. Killing Archduke Ferdinand is killing a leader, killing Zess is killing a leader and the destroying the backbone of their army.
Zess wasn't just a tank but a great and necessary tactician as well.
I think they talk about how questionable it would be to go to war without Zess in some of the Athens politics chapters that everyone skips.
Either Rygart or Zess is just one human, made of flesh and blood, they will exhaust at some point if continuously being ganged up by large numbers.
Athens still wanted to conquer Krishna even after Zess was out of the battlefield, he wasn't the most necessary factor for them to win.
He's the most necessary factor for victory. Without him it'll likely be a long drawn out military debacle with major casualties to both parties.
Also don't use "just 1 human" as an argument because that doesn't matter in manga or anime at all.
>Without him it'll likely be a long drawn out military debacle with major casualties to both parties
That doesn't change the fact that Athens is far bigger than Krishna with superior military forces and higher morale, even Krishna's citizens support their invasion, without Zess, they may not acquire an swift victory, but they will win eventually. Furthermore, with the head of the nation being killed the enemy, the need for revenge is intensive, it will force the government try harder and the soldiers fight more fiercely.
>Also don't use "just 1 human" as an argument because that doesn't matter in manga or anime at all
I also watch Gundam. But so far this manga still treats pilot like human beings with human limits, it means they can get exhausted to death by being ganged up constantly.
>go into kitchen
>take off top to display tummy
>go over to the sink
>turn the tap on
>put some some liquid soap on your hand
>run your soapy under the water for a second
>walk over to the fridge
>open the door
>grab a piece of steak
>take it out of the packaging
>close fridge door
>hold it in your hand
>throw it on the floor
>at the same moment that the steak hits the floor, slap your stomach once.
>timing it critical
>listen to that cacophony of flesh
That is what that kanji symbolizes
Not that other guy, but Athens is in deep shit due to depleted quartz mines and could very well collapse if the war continues. Krishna is inferior militarily, but they have larger supplies and their Golems are not only sturdier, but also catching up tech-wise which makes the conflict even more difficult for Athens.
Well all the best characters keep getting killed off leaving us with NTR Queen, Brown Goddess, and 12 year old tits as the sole remaining interesting characters.
The big issue is that the enemy country really lacks interesting people fighting for them.
They could afford to exploit the un-magician thing even a little bit, couldn't they?
Rygart finds out he's the descendant of some precursor humans and can activate some old cold war nukes or something. Evil guys hunting un-magicians because they want some kind of doomsday shit stuff, or superior eugenics race.
The politics and wars make it stand out less from stuff like gundam even though it's mech system is so much different and more unique.
