Barakamon timeskip teen Naru x Sensei x Hina love triangle melodrama would be the tightest shit.
>you will never
Miwa's likely to become Hiroshi's beard unfortunately.
Reminder that it's fine because Handa is undeniably far more attractive and eternally bishie than Daikichi ever could hope to be.
Just give them 2 years and Hina will awaken into a semen demon. After 2 more years of melodrama, Naru will awaken as well
Am I the only one who vastly prefers Tama?
>those slightly too long bangs
>great taste in fashion(all girls who wear long skirts are perfectly cute)
>slightly twisted personality
And I have a fujoshi fetish.
Haru already won the senseibowl because of Japan's weird ear cleaning=love fetish
I get that you're going to be a huge bitch about it no matter what, but the competition was a good place to wrap the story, seeing as it tied up the threads from the beginning and changed the circumstances of him living there from exile to choice.
Naru completely overshadows Hina on your first read through but try reading it again and pay attention to Hina's interactions with Sensei this time.
She objectively has way more tale of genji flags than Naru does.
Tama is obviously the mangaka self-insert here, so if Barakamon will pull off an Usagi Drop, it would be with her.
Retconning Handa into an awkward cherryboy was honestly the dumbest shit ever.
>Love triangle in Barakamon with melodrama.
You've already ruined it.
The thing that bothers me the most about Handa-kun is that because we know of the state he is in at the beginning of Barakamon, we already know that none of the characters other than Kawafuji will have a meaningful relationship with him, and he's going to become even more isolated. Keep in mind that at the beginning of Barakamon he isn't the somewhat chill wacky dude he is now, he's the guy so angry and absorbed in his art that receiving some slight criticism sends him flying off the handle and punching a fucking senior citizen.
Barakamon is severely lacking in the drama department you gotta admit, Yotsuba probably has more of an underlying plot.
I need to see if the author can do drama well, so why not turn it up to 11?
Did you not read my post at all? I'm not saying that's what he's actually like.
I'm saying that it's impossible to connect where he was in Handa-kun to where he is in chapter 1. You can probably connect where he is in Handa-kun to where he is in chapter 30 though.
>Barakamon timeskip teen Naru x Sensei x Hina love triangle melodrama
The only drama that Barakamon needs are the ones related to Handa's career, and it doesn't need to be overdramatic about it.
Barakamon is more about Handa's growing up as an artist while understanding the simple life more than anything else.
Barakamon absolutely does have drama, and it's handled really well.
I really don't understand how morons can compare the two.
Daikichi was Rin's father in every way except genetic.
Handa is just some handsome young guy in the neighborhood, Naru's latched on to for shits and giggles. He's never once acted paternally towards her.
There's simply no equivalency.
Are you kidding the funeral was handled like shit, nobody was crying because "muh freespirited islanders", what the fuck at least make them act like people for once and not spritely fairies.
I've known people who cry at funerals even if they don't ever cry in real life, or if they think the idea of crying is stupid in the first place.
>old hag drama
I hope you jump in front of a truck.
>He's never once acted paternally towards her.
you don't read the manga at all right?
Might be a cultural thing, I don't know shit about Japan, less about the Japanese country side, but I'm of Vietnamese descent and we're not really expected to cry at funerals in my family.
kindly choke on your shit ideas and die, thankyou.
I'm from the boonies and people rarely cried at funerals. Children and grieving people are one thing, but we traditionally treated funerals as good send off for the deceased. I think it's better that way, I'm a mean bastard and I would still prefer people to use my death as an excuse to eat too much fatty food instead of a reason for misery.
Probably the two old ladies from the village, that's always how these things go.
She's gonna get her puss pumped raw and be an island shotgun wife after 10th grade.
Handa is sorta sad and pathetic but still a little funny too. Problem is that they basically made it so that his entire life before the island was apparently irrelevant and/or terrible.
I really enjoy it, the author seems to as well. There's a pretty major flaw in having Handa be so popular, given how few friends he has in Barakamon, but I can accept the explanation of him just thinking nobody likes him.
>middle school trip arc
>doing the cliche slumber party thing with their classmates
>Miwa talking about sensei
>her friends saying "you must really like sensei huh?"
>they aren't saying it with any hint of double-meaning
>there is no love talk at all
>one girl is apparently dating her dog
honestly is this mangaka asexual or some other shit?
Yeah I do, but I also hate people who have sex with children, because they're not me.
Literally 0 sex drive. A Darwinian failure.
>reclusive, self-centered, short-tempered 20-something with no friends, no social life, no social skills and no experience
>can't even take care of himself and obsessed over some old-fashioned niche hobby for grandpas and nerds
>still financially dependent on his parents, whom he lives with.
Even looks can't save him, m8.
Tama is great. He being a closet fujo is a plus
Don't talk down calligraphy, also he's shown to be massively naturally seductive, the girl would be 5 months pregnant before realizing anything of what you've said.
Also he's a fucking rich trust-fund kid with superior social status.
In real life he could spend all day playing MMOs and bitches would still magnetically find their way onto his penis.
A girl almost killed herself over him because he picked up her eraser.
>fucking anyone when your mom is this hot
honestly it's no wonder he's a virgin since every girl on earth falls short compared to his mom.
Can it be?
The legendary Cicada block?
No one else reading it raw then? Handa's already pretty much her second dad already and meeting her real dad set that in. He's even got a prospective love interest now that's cozying it up to him and Naru in the latest chapters.
>christmas cake Tomboy-chan and Fujoshi-chan
oh god yes
>drinking in his house
>constantly crying that either boys they are meeting don't want to meet 2nd time or they are turning out annoying
>WHY CAN'T THEY BE MORE LIKE YOU, HANDA-SENSEI
add bonus "try getting him drunk" shtick but it turns out he has good alcohol tolerance and they just end up drunk.
>They all get drunk and have no-strings-attached sex
>Next morning the girls are walking around Handa's place in their panties wearing his shirts, going through his kitchen and eating his food while he sleeps in
